Sabha - Battlefield between Toubou tribe and NTC Rebels

The YouTube Video apparently shows a farce fighting from a distance in the City of Sabha and with the Toubou Tribe fighting against the NTC Controlled Rebels. 

You cant see really much from the distance, just a flume of dark smokes coming from the right and gun fights in the background.
